1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of seoauditfix.com (the "Service"), operated by Data Vision IT Consulting Limited (CRO: 748035), a company registered in Ireland with its registered address at Kilbride, Wicklow, Ireland ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. The Service

seoauditfix.com provides automated SEO audits. You submit a publicly accessible website URL and the Service runs up to 33 checks across Technical SEO, Crawlability, and Performance, returning a scored report.

The free audit displays results on screen. A detailed PDF report is available to purchase for €9.99.

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. Audit results are generated automatically and represent the state of the submitted URL at the time of the audit. Results may vary on subsequent audits due to changes to the website, our checks, or scoring methodology.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Submit URLs you do not own or do not have permission to audit.
  • Use the Service to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or technical measures.
  • Use automated tools to submit large volumes of audit requests.
  • Resell or redistribute audit results as your own product without our written permission.
  • Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel audits at our discretion without notice.

4. Payments and refunds

PDF reports are sold for €9.99 (inclusive of any applicable VAT). Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

Because the PDF is generated and made available for download immediately upon payment, you waive your right to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer distance selling regulations by proceeding to purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of a defective or non-conforming product.

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from downloading your report, contact us at [email protected] and we will resolve it promptly or issue a refund.

5. Accuracy and no warranty

Audit results are provided for informational purposes only. We make no warranty, express or implied, that:

  • Results are complete, accurate, or up to date.
  • Implementing the recommendations will improve your search rankings.
  • The Service will be available uninterrupted or error-free.

SEO is influenced by many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes. We are not responsible for any change in your search rankings or traffic.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish and EU law, Datavision's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

All content, software, and design on seoauditfix.com is owned by or licensed to Datavision. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

When you purchase a PDF report, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use that report for your own business purposes. You may share it with your clients or team but may not resell it.

8. Third-party links and services

The Service may display links to third-party websites and tools (including our sister sites in the Datavision auditfix family). These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over third-party sites and accept no responsibility for their content or practices.

Service providers we rely on (Stripe, Cloudflare) are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Data protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy & Cookies Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute arising from your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
